Who Can Join and How

PECU serves employees of the City of Waterloo, Department of Correctional Services, Waterloo Water Works, Black Hawk County, Hawkeye Community College, Central Rivers Area Education Agency, City of Evansdale, Waterloo Community Schools, and other select employee groups along with immediate family members. Contact us to find out if you are eligible to join.

Joining the Credit Union is a simple process. Just visit us to complete a brief application and deposit a minimum of $25.00 in a savings account.
